Refund Policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular product, so please choose carefully.

Repair Policy

Queen's Jewellery unconditionally guarantees to all purchasers to repair without charge, the jewellery, if broken due to defective workmanship or materials. Just return the jewellery to our store at 100 Queen Street, Auckland CBD. Sales receipt/invoice is required to secure this guarantee.

If you would like to repair your jewellery outside of this guarantee, we may provide a repair service for a charge, but this may depend on the type of jewellery and complexity of the required repair service. Please contact us or visit our store for more information.
